A Little About Me


I am certified with National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association. As you can see elsewhere on this site, I have also written a book. Because of my experiences of playing college sports (football & lacrosse), gaining and losing a lot of weight, authoring a book, and being a certified personal trainer, I have a point of view that many trainers don’t have. I use this point of view to help every client achieve their fitness dreams.

I want to help you reach your goals. One of my favorite corporate tag lines was from The Home Depot a few years ago. They used to say, “You can do it, we can help.” That’s how I approach my services. Ultimately you are the one who is going to get you to where you want to be, but I am here to support, motivate, drive, instruct and help you along the way.

Facility orientation and fitness plan:

$55 per session

Individual:

1 Month (8 sessions) — $375
2 Months (16 sessions) — $650
3 Months (24 sessions) — $900

Tag-Team (two individuals at the same time):

1 Month (8 sessions) — $480
2 Months (16 sessions) — $840
3 Months (24 sessions) — $1200
